Accepts Transfers: Yes, Penn College encourages and accepts transfer students. The College has more than 60 articulation agreements with other schools in Pennsylvania and surrounding states.

Transfer Application Requirements
Minimum GPA: You must earn a grade of C or better for courses transferred to Penn College unless an articulation agreement with your prior school establishes other criteria.
Official Transcripts: Official transcript(s) from previously attended college(s) must be sent to the Penn College Admissions Office directly from the college – not from you. The Admissions Office also may require you to request a copy of your high school transcript.
SAT Scores: Transfer students do not require SAT scores to be submitted. If out of high school less than two year, SAT scores will be accepted.
Letters of Recommendation: No letters of recommendation are required.
Essay: No essays are required for admission.
Application Fee: $50 application fee. Fee will be waived for individuals who tour the College on a scheduled tour day or tour as part of a personal appointment with admissions. The individual must submit an Application for Admission on that day.
Interview: No interviews are required for transfer students.

Transfer Credit Policy
Minimum Grade: You must earn a grade of C or better for courses transferred to Penn College unless an articulation agreement with your prior school establishes other criteria.
Credits (Min/Max): 30 transfer credits maximum for associate’s degree/certificate. Must complete 18 of final 30 credits at Penn College. Each bachelor’s degree has specific transfer procedures (see curriculum pages). Must complete 36 of final 60 credits at Penn College.
