Information for Transfer In Students
Accepts Transfers: Students may transfer to Saint Francis University for the Fall or Spring semester. The Occupational Therapy program will accept students on a space available basis. The Physician Assistant and Physical Therapy programs do not accept undergraduate transfer
Transfer Applications Received: 100 - 125
Transfer Applications Accepted: 75 - 90
Percentage Accepted: 70%
Transfer Applicants Enrolled: 45 - 65


Transfer Scholarships and Financial Aid
For full-time transfer students, merit scholarships range from $2,500 to $7,000 a year. There are additional grants and institutional aid available to students based on financial need.

Transfer Application Requirements
Minimum GPA: Candidates seeking transfer admission must have a minimum cumulative gpa of a 2.0 GPA from all previous institutions. The Occupational Therapy and Nursing majors require a minimum GPA of 2.75 and 3.0.
Official Transcripts: Official transcripts from all colleges attended are required.
SAT Scores: Students are required to submit SAT or ACT scores.
Letters of Recommendation: Students who were previously enrolled in a nursing program will need to submit a recommendation from their previous school's nursing department.
Essay: Not required
Application Fee: There is a $30 application fee.
Interview: An interview is recommended but not required. Students who were enrolled in a nursing program are required to interview with our nursing department.
Other Requirements: Official high school transcript and the Saint Francis University College Clearance Form.

Transfer Credit Policy
Minimum Grade: Grades of “C” or better from accredited 2 and 4 year colleges and universities will be considered for transfer credit. Developmental, review, or remedial courses are not transferable.
Credits (Min/Max): A maximum of 64 credits can be transferred into the university.
